Integrated Learning Program

The MI INTERMEDIATE Skills Program is tailored to provide you with reminders for successful MI practice and implementation of all elements of MI in your work. This program offers: A combination of monthly online courses that you can access as your schedule allows; MI review; practice suggestions; and inspiration to keep your MI practice strong and effective. You will also be able to attend live MI Booster Trainings to practice your skills with peers and an ongoing online support group to stay connected and supported with a community of MI practitioners.

Prerequisite: One or two-day Motivational Interviewing training (from any instructor within the past three years)

Avani G. Dilger, MEd, MA, LPC, CACIII, ADS is a certified Addiction Counselor Supervisor, a Licensed Professional Counselor, a Somatic Psychotherapist and an Acupuncture Detoxification Specialist who works in substance abuse treatment with adults, teens-at-risk, and their families. She is the founder of the “Natural Highs – Healthy Alternatives for Drugs & Alcohol” nonprofit prevention/intervention program that teaches teens & adults to be leaders around healthy lifestyles and is a program built on Motivational Interviewing. She is a member of the International Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers (MINT).
